*Prepare the ingredients.

  • 2pl *Neutral oil

  • 400g *Deseeded red apples cut into 8
  • 25cl *Cider
  • 10cl *Water
  • 1.5pl *Cornflour (20 g)
  • 10list *Sage
  • 4vet. *Thyme
  • *Salt, pepper

*Chop the onions.

*Pour the oil into the bowl.
