1.5 pl *Mustard
3 pl *Sherry vinegar
1 *Finely chopped shallot
6 pl *Olive oil
3 pl *Walnut oil
3 pl *Chopped chives
*Salt, pepper
6 *Extra-fresh eggs at room temperature

*Prepare the ingredients.

*In a mixing bowl, combine all the ingredients except the eggs and put the mixture in the fridge.

*Place the eggs into the steam basket.

*Pour 4L of water into the bowl. Place the steam basket into the bowl.

*Cook on immerged vacuum.

*Remove the basket. Put the lentil salad into bowls. Gently break an egg on top of the salad.
