  • 1.5 pl *Mustard

  • 3 pl *Sherry vinegar

  • 1 *Finely chopped shallot

  • 6 pl *Olive oil

  • 3 pl *Walnut oil

  • 3 pl *Chopped chives

  • *Salt, pepper

  • 6 *Extra-fresh eggs at room temperature

Krok 1 /6

*Prepare the ingredients.

  • 450g *Cooked green lentils
  • 1.5pl *Mustard
  • 3pl *Sherry vinegar
  • 1 *Finely chopped shallot
  • 6pl *Olive oil
  • 3pl *Walnut oil
  • 3pl *Chopped chives
  • *Salt, pepper
  • 6 *Extra-fresh eggs at room temperature

Krok 2 /6

*In a mixing bowl, combine all the ingredients except the eggs and put the mixture in the fridge.

  • 450g *Cooked green lentils
  • 1.5pl *Mustard
  • 3pl *Sherry vinegar
  • 1 *Finely chopped shallot
  • 6pl *Olive oil
  • 3pl *Walnut oil
  • 3pl *Chopped chives
  • *Salt, pepper

Krok 3 /6

*Place the eggs into the steam basket.

  • 6 *Extra-fresh eggs at room temperature

Krok 4 /6

*Pour 4L of water into the bowl. Place the steam basket into the bowl.

Krok 5 /6

*Cook on immerged vacuum.

Krok 6 /6

*Remove the basket. Put the lentil salad into bowls. Gently break an egg on top of the salad.
