50 g *Tomato purée
8 vet. *Thyme
2 *Bay leaf
15 cl *White wine
2 pl *Cornflour
21 cl *Water
100 g *Peas

*Prepare the ingredients.

*Cut the carrots and celery into very small cubes.

*Fry the chunks of veal in half of the oil for 5 minutes. Set to the side.

*Pour the rest of the oil into the bowl.
