Krok 1 /8

*Prepare the ingredients.

  • 40cl *Long-life whole milk
  • 100g *Dark cooking chocolate
  • 30g *Caster sugar
  • 0.5sáčok *Starter cultures

Krok 2 /8

*Mix the milk, chocolate and sugar in a bowl. Once the chocolate has been melted and cooled (40°C), add the starter cultures and stir.

  • 40cl *Long-life whole milk
  • 100g *Dark cooking chocolate
  • 30g *Caster sugar
  • 0.5sáčok *Starter cultures

*Pour it into a cake mould.

*Pour 50 ml of water into the bowl.

*Place the mould in the steam basket.

*Once finished cooking, don't forget to remove the mould then mix the yoghurt. Leave to cool.

*Cook the yoghurts.

*Pour the mixture into the small glass jars. Keep the yoghurts in the fridge.
