1 pl *Red wine vinegar
3 pl *Olive oil
1 *Finely chopped shallot
1 pl *Finely chopped chives

*Prepare the ingredients.

*Prepare the vinaigrette: mix the mustard, vinegar, oil and shallot. Season with pepper.
