40 cl *Long-life whole milk
100 g *Dark cooking chocolate
30 g *Caster sugar
0.5 sáčok *Starter cultures

*Prepare the ingredients.

*Mix the milk, chocolate and sugar in a bowl. Once the chocolate has been melted and cooled (40°C), add the starter cultures and stir.

*Pour it into a cake mould.

*Pour 50 ml of water into the bowl.

*Place the mould in the steam basket.

*Once finished cooking, don't forget to remove the mould then mix the yoghurt. Leave to cool.

*Cook the yoghurts.

*Pour the mixture into the small glass jars. Keep the yoghurts in the fridge.
